I never received a follow up email
I never received a follow up email from my original order email stating that my item had shipped or tracking info. Also the silicone on the top piece was dirty making it appear used or a display model.

Great company!
I love that this company has so many unique products! I also love the sticker they included in my package because I love collecting stickers! My product came about a month later than the original delivery date, but everything else was great!

I'm sorry your order came later than expected. Unfortunately the "estimated" time frame does not work on items that are for pre-order since Shopify assumes we have them in stock. We send out these items as soon as we receive them. Thank you for your patience!
