Horrible experience with return! NOBODY will respond except that they received my item back. Great. Now where’s my money? Mailboxes for customer service always full. REALLY?

ordered an item on 12/17for Christmas present. I believed the info that items would be shipped the next business day. Took my money asap, but no order and no response on the email I sent. I did receive an email saying some items were delayed due to California fires. Crazy that no other company I have ordered from has had this problem. Would like my product or money refunded ASAP!

I did consulting work for Military Hippie and was never paid. They signed a contract and agreed to the price but they just ignored the invoice and the many follow ups.

My wife ordered two sweaters from this company on Dec 9 that were shown to be in stock. These were to be Christmas gifts for our daughters and as of 9:50 PM on Christmas Eve they have not made it here yet. My wife called and emailed numerous times with no reponse. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering from them again. Terrible service!!

Ordered a xmas gift on Dec 13. In stock and they advertise next day shipping. After not receiving a shipping date I contacted them on Dec 18. Called, emailed and texted. Next day i get a notice it has shipped and been expedited. Then get a note from owner with an apology about it being made in CAlifornia where wildfires were so was delayed. Why did they not contact me in that case. Offered me 40% off on anything i want in stock. Stupidly I order. NEXT DAY i get the news that UPS will not deliver until Dec 26th!!! Called, emailed, texted to CANCEL my new order - no response. Next day I get an email saying it has shipped. I don't care if their clothes are cute. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I have complained to Better Business Bureau. I want my money back

I order and item for Christmas and they said it was in stock. Never received it. I have called and emailed them a few times and I have gotten no response to either. I want a refund!!! They already took the money out of my bank. Never do any business with them.

I should have looked into this company more before ordering. The quality is very poor and the communication is terrible. I am still waiting on a refund and have had to contact the BBB and my bank. Just don't do it.

Don't fall for all of the good reviews, like I did. So very disappointed in the quality of items I ordered. Cheap and way over priced. Come on Military Hippie...you need to do better 😭😭😭
