Horrible customer service. I received 4 items on Dec. 10 & I returned 3 items on Dec. 11 & have still not received a return or gotten a reply from my numerous voicemails & emails to the company & it is now Jan. 22!?!? Don’t ever order from this company. Also one of the items I returned had a pull in the sweater.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Items ship out eventually - yes - NOT the next day. RETURNS? I will let you know if I ever actually get to return the sweater that I bought that is so huge I could fit two of me inside. I have called and emailed and called and emailed and left voice mails...NOTHING. Easy returns - NOT EVEN CLOSE. While I actually do have an item that I like from Military Hippie, I will NEVER order from them again and will make sure all of my friends know about the horrific customer service. Buyer BEWARE. And if you are going to order...size DOWN and prepare for a cheap product.

This is a scam. This company doesn't do anywhere near same day shipping (ordered Dec. 13 and received Jan. 14), and the products are low quality but high pricing. The company won't answer phone calls and only sends canned email responses.

01/15/2019 Ordered this for my daughter for Christmas, it did arrive 12/24. But it looks nothing like the advertisement. I am in the process of returning the item. It has been 2 full weeks of messages, IM's, texts, emails, full mailbox on their side. I finally reached someone on the phone this morning. They sent me a return label,but after reading so I expressed my concerns about the refund. We will see.

HORRIBLE customer service! Do not order from this company! I ordered the Paige Faux Fur jacket to wear on NYE and paid extra so that it would arrive on time. It's now January 13th and I'm just now receiving the item. I had called and emailed the company several times, asking them to refund my money, but they never responded. The jacket is AWFUL it's literally the biggest piece of junk I've ever seen in quality. They pride themselves on "satisfaction guaranteed" and "same day shipping" but that is the biggest JOKE! I hope this company goes under.

Sounds like a broken record, but Military Hippie is awful. You are taking your chance on the item you are buying and even a greater chance if you return it for an exchange or credit. I have called their customer service 8 times, left four messages, emailed them and created a ticket that was to be responded to in 24 hrs....all to no avail. I only wanted to simply exchange the item I bought and even paid $10 for shipping and I have a proof it was received by them. I'm calling my credit card to have the charges reversed and claim paid for merchandise not received as this affair has gone on for three weeks. Please do not order from them, there are more reliable and trustworthy vendors out there.

I have only complained to the BBB one other time in my life and that was over 10 years ago. Military Hippie either needs to scale up their resources or scale down their business. It's not a good practice to put "ships out the next day for order received after 2pm" and then I still don't see a tracking number five days later - this item was for my bridal shower this weekend! I've emailed them three times and received a ticket tracking number each time. I clicked on it and their tickets aren't even processing, though they say someone will personally get back to them in 24 hours. Instead, I get time-sensitive coupons to thank me for my troubles. I have yet to receive a response. I also tried to call them this morning and their voicemail is full. This is absolutely horrible customer service and I want a refund!

If there was a zero star that would be my review. Should have read all the reviews before ordering. I ordered a sweater and it came in about a week which I was pleased about. However, very poor quality. Faux fur around my neck looked like road kill plus didn't fit (I doubt an extra large would have. I'm 5'1" and 113 lbs) So.....I returned. I still have the invoice but alas no refund as of yet. Per all these reviews doesn't look like I will get one. It was from Oct. Maybe it's not too late to contact credit card.
