Hi Keith, thank you for your feedback. We're glad your order arrived on time and is working well. We understand your point about the size — the Xtape1 is designed as a modular tool with both a digital display and a physical tape blade, which does make it bulkier than a traditional compact measure. Your feedback is noted, and we'll keep it in mind for future improvements. Thanks for sharing your real-world experience with us!

Hi Warren, thank you for sharing your honest feedback — we're glad your ordering and shipping experience went smoothly. Regarding green‑laser visibility in bright sunlight: like most laser tools, direct sunlight can make the beam harder to see at longer distances. For better results outdoors, we recommend using a reflective target plate, aiming at lighter‑colored surfaces, or measuring when the sun is not directly hitting the beam path. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your feedback with our product team. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
