Hi Glen, Thanks for your feedback. The S50 is a laser distance meter designed to measure distances, areas, volumes, and perform point-to-point measurements. It is not a cross-line or multi-line laser level that projects multiple laser lines onto walls at the same time. We’re sorry if there was any confusion regarding the product features. Hi Dana, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the inconsistent results you experienced with Point-to-Point measurements. For the best accuracy, the Point-to-Point function requires the device to be used with a tripod. Please check the following operating steps: * Set the measurement reference point to Tripod and mount the device securely on a stable tripod. * Keep the device and tripod completely still throughout the measurement process, as any movement may affect accuracy. * After completing the first measurement, wait about 1 second, then slowly rotate the device to take the second measurement. Please note that Point-to-Point measurements may show larger deviations when the device is operated by hand without a tripod. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the manuals and will share it with our team for improvement.
