My contact with Jack. I booked the pickup with him, and he was very responsive at all times to my various questions. He provided accurate information and always got back to me promptly. I have shipped cars with other companies and found myself continually frustrated at the lack of return calls and the general idea that you have handed over money and your vehicle, and now you can just wait. The car arrived within a reasonable timeframe, and the handover went very well. The pick up was a bit nerve-racking because the vehicle had to be picked up by the truck driver, who was a day late, and he couldn't be handed the keys by us as we had a plane to catch. Despite this slight hiccup, everything went smoothly. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.
