Driver intimidates and threatens
I had a harrowing experience with Diesel Auto Express and would never recommend their services to anyone. Unfortunately they were the contractors of Mile Auto Transport. Diesel Auto Express provided a terrible service, with a rude, aggressive, and threatening driver, poor communication, and a complete disregard for respect to the customer. They mady my move accross the country more expensive. On top, The driver treatened me, called names, started manhandling the vehicle, gave me a wrong email id for zelle payment and demanded the payment without veryfying the email-ID. I strongly advise against using their services. I have a full review at their website. The only silver lining was the manager, Jack, who was extremely nice and patient every single time I spoke with him. He allowed me to vent finally during the nightmarish experience when I genuinely panicked for my safety and was extremely helpful during this hellish experience. Jack deserves more than a compliment for his professionalism and support. In Addition, I will recommend check with the Mile Auto Transport before finalizing shipment. I understood, once they contract the shipment out to a dispatcher, they don't have full control on many things. That said, I believe, the associates at Mile Auto Transport, like Jack deserve some praise and they are the only reason the whole thing disn't turn to a 100% negetive experience.
