Claims to be great, but falls far short of claims, especially in the Customer Service area.
In all the time I have been using computer programs and apps (since 1983) I have never had worse customer service from any company. I do not consider myself a computer expert, but I am no novice either. I have actually taught others how to use programs and apps. This company takes days responding and then they fail to actually help you. That is not "customer service". And how do they answer? They just send you "tutorial" links that do not actually answer the question. This is a very poorly ran company. Carina Spada (a "customer service" rep) wrote me; "As I have mentioned before, none of our clients have any problems understanding our Help Articles or the Guidance that we provide for them. We have step by step instructions as well as pictures to guide the User on any particular Function we have, or they may have a question about." The reply is insulting and obviously untrue since I was a client and I did not understand. None of the links actually answered the questions I asked. And in any case, perhaps they should learn to be a little more hands-on, not just send a link and an insult. SMH You will also note that this same Catrina Spade (who works for the company) posted a review here and acts like a consumer. Just plain dishonest. There are a number of one reviews listings on this site. I recognize one other as working for MileageWise but likely all of these reviews are bogus.

Our Help Articles have been a great help to our customers in the past, we work hard to put all of our knowledge into each and every article to ensure our clients satisfaction. We apologize that your many email exchanges and phone calls with multiple of our colleagues did not yield the result that we both hoped for, you becoming a client of ours and using our software to your benefit.
