My order came early and was packaged very well, also the tracking and customer service updates were excellent.

order was received in a timely manner. product was as described. Just need more communication from co. letting you know they received order and when it was being shipped. Thought for a little while I had just lost my money.

Some direction on use would have been better!

Delivered as promised - works well

The package arrived in good condition and earlier than expected BUT the lid of the needle container had come off and ALL of the needles had come out, leaving the package full of loose needles. I had to find them very carefully. A bit disappointing.

Order took way to long to get to me.
