I ordered chair yoga books from this company. They told me that they were on their way and sent me tracking numbers almost a month later they told me that they were delivered on June 1, 2026. They were not. I contacted the company and again they sent me the tracking numbers for the United States Postal Service. I went to the post office and they told me that these were not their tracking numbers. There was no way that they could look up this package with those numbers. I contacted the company many times and they keep telling me the same story over and over again. So basically, I reported them to PayPal and PayPal got the same information from them and told me that my case was denied because they said the package was delivered. The package was not delivered. Do not under any circumstances order from this company. I truly believe they are a scam and they made no effort to either refund my money or send me another package.

I ordered my sewing supplies and I received them.

I was disappointed with this item, not worth the price I I paid for it. Not disputing anything but the price so far as I have not used it yet.

Customer service responded quickly and resolved an issue I had. Notification of delivery status to completion was great. Buying online can make one skeptical but I would purchase from this company again.

The delivery status took about 30 days , and when it was posted as delivered at midnight! There was no product. I responded to an email stating as such and quickly got a message back to ask my 'families and neighbors '. This is quite disappointing as there is mail and delivery in every nation. It should not be difficult. Unless it is not an actual product and just a scam on getting people's money.

Great product, easy to use, arrived quickly.

I love this pen, especially since it's modeled after a Glock and it's 3d printed so it's seamless and the case is pretty cool

The tracking information was good and appreciated. However, it took way too long to receive.
