Thank you for your quick response. I have adjusted my review to reflect more accurately now that I understand the process. I have not received the item yet and it was ordered on August 13! The tracking still does not have an estimated delivery.

Website was easy to use and received my necklace as well as expected. I love my necklace! It is dainty and beautiful

The charm on the necklace is smaller than I thought but it shines and is pretty. The delivery took much longer than expected but the package arrived today. Very well packaged and came with a complimentary bag.

the pendant is well designed and beautifully crafted . A bit thinner/light but it is expected. It was scheduled to arrive on the 31st by end of the day. I was so excited so I waited until at night, unfortunately they rescheduled the shipment to the 2nd, however, they managed to arrive a day earlier on the 1st. I received gifts too from Mild, thank you so much.
