Following shipment of the order, an additional forwarding shipment was arranged to a different destination using a third-party shipping service selected independently from our store. While we fully understand the inconvenience this created, we were not involved in arranging, selecting, or pricing that additional shipment. Despite this, we carefully reviewed the matter on multiple occasions and provided both a refund and an additional goodwill adjustment in an effort to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.
