I requested a return label and never received one and now my time for return has expired.

Rubbish company….ordered some leather jeans. When they arrived they were polyester and nylon with not one iota of leather. No response as yet after two return requests. Do not buy from this scam company.

The product is not as described. Shipping took forever. There is zero customer service. The supposed support email is not legit and gets returned. There is no way to return the product. TOTAL SCAM

This scam company deserves a zero star. They sent me the wrong order…. No big deal it happens ……. They won’t deal with the problem which is easily solvable….they won’t communicate… And I’m out money ! Scam scam scam. Don’t order from them As an added note. Today I gave away both the pants.

I am formally documenting a grievance against this company for what I believe constitutes fraudulent and deceptive business conduct. After placing an order and paying an additional fee for expedited shipping, the product was not delivered within the promised timeframe. Instead, it arrived more than three weeks later. Upon receipt, the items order was too small. I have submitted three written requests for a return and refund through the company’s designated channels. To date, I have received no acknowledgment or response. This lack of communication and failure to honor basic consumer rights suggests a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability. In my view, this company has engaged in practices that may violate consumer protection laws, including false advertising, failure to deliver services as promised, and refusal to process legitimate return requests. Based on similar complaints from other consumers, this appears to be a pattern of misconduct. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution. I am also considering reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities for further investigation.

I texted right after I got the sweatpants to return them as they were awful material and very cheap! They finally texted back and said they cannot accept my return as their warehouse was under construction! Guaranteed that I would get my refund in 7 to 10 days!! I have texted and no reply and never got my refund!!!! A scam if I ever saw one!!

Cheap fabric- look terrible. WILL NOT RESPOND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS - WILL NOT REFUND.

Do not purchase from this company!! Scam!! After 3 weeks waiting, canceled order. Finally, jeans arrived 5 weeks later. Terrible quality. They itch. Not sized properly. Was promised an 'immediate' refund, been waiting over 4 weeks. Phone is disconnected. Never respond to emails. Worst!!!
