The worst customer service. They do not honor 30day return. I wanted to exchange for size and they wanted pictures and measurements. It says nothing about pictures, etc. in Return Policy. I did not remove tags and have original package and they refuse exchange and now I’d just like my money back. Beware!

Totally not as advertised. These don't even look like the photos and are way to small. The fabric is cheap and the pockets are white inside. I wrote customer service for a return and refund. It has been a week and not response from them. Going to dispute the charge.

Would rate this company as a negative zero if I could. One star given just to write the review. Product is horribly cheap. Mila Rosabella does not honor their return policy as stated on their website. They would not approve my return request because I claimed the product was “not as expected”, that they only accept returns for damaged or defective items and that I was beyond the 14 day window to return. I sent the return request 1 day after I received the order. Return policy on website claims 30 days to return the item if not completely satisfied. I’m out $59 for a pair of sweatpants jeans I wouldn’t even wear as pj bottoms. I will forever look for reviews before buying online again! Totally scammed!

The absolute worst experience. Not sure if these folks actually are a real business. Poor product and no response for a return request. The people behind this company should be shut down!

Quality was horrible, color of sweatpants jean not the same as picture, size not accurate very small and quality was crap, website says returns accepted. I emailed 5 times before a response and they refused return authorization and said they don’t do returns for products that don’t have a defect, sizes or quality not returnable only if they have a defect. Horrible customer service and horrible quality. Beware…

If I could give negative stars, I would. The external appearance is ghastly. And the so-called sweatpants comfort actually feels like sandpaper inside. The order arrived in a timely manner… Just in time for me to put them in the Goodwill box.
