Até o momento minha experiência com a MCC tem sido positiva. A equipe respondeu às minhas dúvidas, o contrato foi processado rapidamente e meu caso já recebeu PD. Sei que o processo EB-3 depende das autoridades americanas e pode levar anos. Se tudo continuar correndo bem até a aprovação do Green Card, certamente revisarei minha avaliação.

My experience with MCC was fine until our application was denied; they haven't given us clear answers. My application—submitted through the company Travel Kuz—was definitively rejected. MCC is acting in a completely opaque manner and won't disclose the reason for the denial. I believe the lawyers missed the deadline for submitting the documentation. It has been nearly two months since the rejection, and I still have no information regarding the reason for it.
