Hi Gloria, ​ Thank you for your feedback! We carry items from about 120 different manufacturers and they are all made in different places. The majority of our skincare and cleaning supplies are made in the USA but we also carry items manufactured in Europe, China, Thailand, and other parts of the world. The manufacturing information should be listed at the bottom of the product description on the product page. If you ever find an item that does not have manufacturing information, let us know and we'll be sure to add it! It is very important to us to carry products made in America, but our goal is to carry a wide variety of high-quality safe products and sometimes these products are almost impossible to find manufactured in the US. We hope to see more products manufactured in America in the future, but for now we must stick to our priority, which is safety. There are some materials, such as stainless steel, that are virtually impossible to find manufactured anywhere but China, India or Japan. In these cases, we ensure our vendors have close relationships with the factories where their products are manufactured and visit them periodically. We are always taking suggestions though, so if you find alternatives made in the US please do pass them along to us!

Hi Jamie, The Mighty Fix surprise is actually not assigned until the day your order ships, so there is no way to know what it is before it ships out. There is a Swap feature is designed as a way to keep your monthly free shipping and get a product you've had your eye on or know that you need or want instead of receiving your surprise for the month. It basically pauses your surprise shipment for a month and gives you the ability to purchase anything from the Swap Store instead. You can access this feature from the My Account page under "Choose My Fix" or with the link below: https://mightynest.com/choose-my-fix If you choose to Swap, you will pay the full listed price for that item instead of your $10 monthly fee. If you have a prepaid subscription, your $10 monthly credit will be applied to your swap item and any remaining balance will be charged to your card. Hope that clarifies the program a bit and gives you some options for future Fixes!

Hi Jenn, I see that you reached out in December regarding your missing package that appears to have been marked undelivered by USPS, but don't see a reply if USPS was able to recover your package.
