Hi Laura - thank you for your review and feedback! There is a swap feature that is designed as a way to keep your monthly free shipping and get a product you've had your eye on or know that you need or want instead of receiving your surprise for the month. It basically pauses your surprise shipment for a month and gives you the ability to purchase anything from the swap store instead. You can access this feature from the My Account page under "Choose My Fix". If you choose an upgraded swap, you will pay the full listed price for that item instead of your monthly fee. Hope that clarifies the program a bit and gives you some options for future Fixes! Hi Alicia, Thank you for sharing your feedback - we're so glad to hear you've enjoy the subscription and have made changes to your lifestyle with it! All of the Fix items in our lineup retail between $11 to $16 plus we offer free shipping for these items to customers in the 48 contiguous states. We are still a relatively small company so do not have the same margins that superstores like Walmart, Target and Amazon are able to offer. We purchase all or inventory directly from the manufacturers and are obligated to MAP pricing (minimum advertised pricing) that is set by the distributor/manufacturer meaning we cannot offer it at a lower price than what they allow. Generally this price is slightly higher that what the manufacturer offers as their own selling price to ensure secondary vendors don't undermine their own sales. Superstores that purchase in extremely high volumes or use third party clearance sellers are subject to different pricing regulations which is why they are able to offer lower prices. We always extend best pricing available to our customers and our Mighty Fix Members also get access to our Member Only Deals which include special pricing on certain items that we negotiate with the manufacturers. Thank you for your feedback! The Mighty Fix is intended to be a surprise subscription - our system scans your order history and assigns a product the day your order ships. The selection process ensures that you don't receive a duplicate item of something you've ordered from us in the past, or already received as a Mighty Fix. ​ That being said, we are working on different ways to make your subscription more personalized. We added the "Choose Your Fix" feature which is designed as a way to keep your monthly free shipping and get a product you've had your eye on or know that you need or want instead of receiving your surprise for the month. It basically pauses your surprise shipment for a month and gives you the ability to purchase anything from the swap store instead. ​ All of the items that are an even swap in the "Choose your Fix" feature are in the MightyFix lineup, but we usually have a running pool of over 40 items that you could be assigned as your surprise item. We do not offer free returns, but any add on item can be returned to us within 30 days for a refund.
