I enjoyed my year of MightyFix. It was great to try new products. I probably should have subscribed sooner, as many of the products were ones that I was already happily using anyway. However, there were still some nice new-to-me products.

I really enjoy the monthly subscription program! I receive eco-friendly, useful, new market items to use around the house. I've gotten everything from mini bamboo cutting boards and cleaning tablets to silicone stash bags. They apply their earth friendly practices to everything they do from the recyclable packaging, labels and even their water soluble packing peanuts. The customer service experience I had was so painless and very pleasant. I was running low on the laundry detergent strips and couldn't wait for the next shipment so I emailed them and they just took care of it without any back and forth or signing in or anything! The only improvement I would like to see is if they're customer support team could also work at my bank and my mobile phone company!
