I appreciate how Mighty Nest helps people make more eco-friendly choices for their home, but sometimes the Fixes fall short. I once received reusable produce bags made of polyester, which can contaminate water with plastic particles when washed. Please try to provide plastic free in every way.

I loved the idea and immediately signed up for an annual subscription; however, I am so disappointed. Although I like the items, they are nothing special. I can purchase similar (if not the same) items from several nearby stores without waiting for the incredibly slow shipping. Also, I found that I already had similar items at home, so I now have ‘more expensive’ duplicates.

Some products are better than others. Overall, I don't feel I needed most of the items, which are not much different than products widely available in stores.I have returned one item successfully.

I have been doing Mighty Fix for about a year. It was ok in the beginning but the last few months it was kind of useless stuff. I suppose it is a natural development when one signs up with a monthly surprise service. In the beginning lots of excitement, cool stuff but after a year when you got all the cool stuff it’s kind of meh!

It's a good way to learn ways you can reduce your plastic consumption and waste, but sometimes the value of the product does not seem to meet the quality of the product. Overall I'm happy with the subscription most months, but I don't think I'd rate it "great."

Products are starting to be slightly repetitive and there are a few that are everyday household items that I already had. There are some really exciting ones in there though.

I did the subscription for a year. I liked some of the products, but other things I had absolutely no use for, so it was actually more wasteful. For example, a few months ago, I got metal straws. I already have 5 reusable straws. I don't need 5 more. I wish I could choose a different product without having to pay. Or, if I could preview the product, I would gladly pay to switch if I knew I didn't want the original product.

Hi Lindsey - thank you for your review! There is a swap feature that is designed as a way to keep your monthly free shipping and get a product you've had your eye on or know that you need or want instead of receiving your surprise for the month. You can access this feature from the My Account page under "Choose My Fix" and there is no additional charge to select one of the Fixes there. Hope that clarifies the program a bit and gives you some options for future Fixes! Please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at [email protected] if you have any other questions or concerns.

The most recent mighty fix was a total bust for me. I have no use for reusable bamboo utensils. Maybe they will make a nice gift for someone else. Many mighty fixes in the past have been very useful.
