Hi Jodi - thank you for your feedback, we're sorry if there was any confusion about the subscription!   Our box is unique in that instead of multiple sample-sized products, we put an emphasis on quality items over quantity. The full-sized item or set of items we send every month are non-toxic and eco-friendly in nature—with corresponding tips and tricks. By focusing on one full-sized item a month, we can both keep the monthly price low and make it as easy as possible for those who are newer to an eco-friendly lifestyle to adopt the changes into their daily routine. We’ve found that focusing on one change at a time is often the easiest way to form new habits—taking small steps month over month that lead to big impact. The dryer balls retail for $15.29 on our site and are 100% premium unbleached New Zealand wool.  We chose the dryer balls as an important part of the Fix line up as they help soften your clothes (without the use of synthetic chemicals found in dryer sheets), decrease drying time significantly (saving money on utility bills),  and save the landfill from disposable dryer sheets.   We send our members a full size item each month because we want to keep our monthly price low and make it as easy as possible for those who are newer to an eco-friendly lifestyle to adopt the changes into their daily routine. Hi Ivy - thank you for your feedback. The Collapse-It containers are actually platinum silicone, not plastic. Platinum silicone is a material that is flexible like plastic but made with sand instead of petroleum. The result is a much more chemically stable material that is heat tolerant and won't melt. It is far more durable and free of common leaching plasticizers & toxins that are a concern with plastic containers. We find the Collapse It containers to be a wonderful, low-profile, food storage option that can be carried on-the-go, easily stowed in a purse to bring home leftovers from a restaurant, or a convenient way to reheat a meal in the microwave. Hi Teresa - We apologize for any inconvenience. We actually have no control over how credit cards are updated, it depends on how your financial institution handles recurring payments. Some banks will just cancel the payment if the card is expired while some banks will transfer the payment of recurring charges to the new cad number as a convenience for it's customers. We'll reach out to you directly but in the meantime you may want to reach out to your bank for more information.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. This definitely did not go the way we wanted either! Unfortunately when USPS tried to forward your package from the address on your order to your new address it got lost and we were unable to recover it. Normally we would just reship you the items in your order but unfortunately we've discontinued 2 of the products and no longer have them to send. We definitely value you as a long term customer and wish this had gone differently. As we offered, we are more than happy to send the items we still have.... and help you find equivalent replacements for the discontinued items if that would be helpful. We'd love to make this right with you and have reached out directly & hope to hear back from you soon.
