I have throughly enjoy every shipment and the price for every item is perfect

I do the $10/ month thing mostly because I like surprises. The monthly box is always some cool and usually something I didn't even know existed. Like the silicon "ziploc" bag, or the beeswax food wraps (instead of plastic wrap), or the glass food storage containers with lids . I like that I'm being exposed to small ways to help keep the earth clean and the surprise factor as well.
