Not my favorite Mighty fix product
Not my favorite Mighty fix product. While I appreciate the concept....i have to be honest. What the heck am I going to use this for? The size is unrealistic. It says for a single serving of nuts....ok great I suppose for those trying to portion control but I'd use other small containers I owe first. Sorry but this is not something I would buy normally.

Hi Jess - thank you for your review and feedback! We're sorry you are disappointed with your recent Fix. We chose the pocket Stashers as an important part of the fix line up as they are made of food safe silicone, are air tight and able to be infinitely reused. The pocket sized Stasher offers palm-sized convenience that is perfect for on the go snacks, vitamins, lip balm, keys, cash and travel accessories!

Waste of money
Waste of money! First box had a pack of cheap wash cloths. Feel like less than $3 retail value. You’re better off saving your money! I am very disappointed I paid the full year in advance.

Hi Chrissy - Thank you for your review and feedback, we're sorry to hear you were not pleased with your Fix. We love the Tidy dish cloths as paper towel replacements not only for their organic cotton material, but specifically for the textured stitching that makes their scrubbing power more effective than other towels we've tried. By default, MightyFix shipments are a surprise and customized based on preferences set at sign-up. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if you’d like—we’d be happy to help in better customizing your Fix experience! We also have a “Choose My Fix” option which we like to offer as an alternative to cancelling. This allows you to select an item instead of receiving a surprise if you aren't loving your Fixes.

Just really isn’t worth the money for me. None of the products have been ones I will use. Going to cancel.

I got this as a gift
I got this as a gift, thankfully, since I will never pay for it. The one gift that I got that I used would not have been worth the cost since I threw away every other gift because it was useless. It would have been cheaper for the gift giver to go to the store and buy the one semi useful gift, and less wasteful.

Hi John - Thank you for your review, we're sorry the subscription wasn't a good fit for you. To help you understand our mission, we focus on one full-sized, eco-friendly item or set of items (e.g., 2 pieces of Bee's Wrap or a set of reusable produce bags) every month in an effort to help members build sustainability-focused habits that stick. We've found that making one change at a time is the easiest way to do so, especially for those newer to the concept of an eco-friendly lifestyle. The aim isn’t perfection right out of the gate — it’s to work toward decreasing dependency on single-use items by introducing reusable, non-toxic items instead, which should help decrease the frequency of product consumption for certain items over time (e.g., one Stasher bag replacing the need for thousands of disposable sandwich bags).

Honestly I felt somewhat scammed by this company. The first couple boxes were good and then it declined. I tried to cancel twice before I realized that you have to click through three pages where you have to search a feed with items they want you to buy to find the "Confirm my cancelation" button. Seems like a very shady way to keep customers on another month or two

Hi Abby - thank you for your review and feedback. We do apologize, that's definitely not our intention! The MightyFix subscription is flexible, allowing you to modify or cancel at any time. We do have a “Choose My Fix” option which we like to offer as an alternative to cancelling. This allows you to select an item instead of receiving a surprise if you aren't loving your Fixes. You should also receive an email confirmation confirming your subscription cancellation. Never hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected] should you have questions or concerns.

I cancelled my subscription
I cancelled my subscription, only to be charged the next day for MightFix, and there was apparently no way to reimburse me. When I finally got the delivery that I neither asked for nor wanted, it was a silicone pouch. $11 for a silicone pouch? There's a reason I canceled.
Response from MightyNestJan 22, 2021
Hi Nicole - thank you for your review, we're so sorry if there was any confusion on your account. It looks like the subscription was cancelled after your order processed. Unfortunately the order had already processed through our warehouse and we would not have been able to cancel it. Our guarantee is that each Fix retails for at least $11 and also comes with the benefit of free shipping. The Stasher bag retails for $11.99, and we chose it as an important part of the Fix lineup because over it's lifetime one bag can replace thousands of disposable plastic bags in our landfills. We believe every product we've selected will save you money in the long run. Our goal is to make it so you do not have to buy extra plastic baggies, paper towels, etc. Over time those things can add up! We appreciate your feedback and value our customers. If you'd like to return the item to us we'd be happy to offer you a refund. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at [email protected] if you have any other questions or concerns.
