It would be ideal if we could select…
It would be ideal if we could select the trial product form a menu of two or three....sometimes the product is not something I can use and I feel like my $$ is wasted.

I love mighty nest
I love mighty nest, but sometimes they are not putting items in the proper Shipping container. I just received an awesome lotion called All good but the top of the lotion is cracked and lotion is coming out. I really don’t want to pay for an item that should be pristine and isn’t.....

I would like to know what is going to…
I would like to know what is going to be in the monthly mightyfix before it ships, there are some products I just don't want or need. I have enjoyed some of the new products and ended up purchasing them again. It's just hit or miss.

Tried to update my credit card but…
Tried to update my credit card but wouldn’t let me.csr blamed on bank. I told her is notbank issue. Their system will not let you update card info such as cvv code or new expiration date. Not bank fault.

I am happy about 60 % of the time with…
I am happy about 60 % of the time with the products. I did not like any of the personal care products, especially face cream. The monthly fee adds up, and I am considering dropping out because I feel I get too many things I don’t really need and I’m trying to declutter. Wish we could get a choice to order each month. Some of the items I do like a lot.

Hi Gloria, Thank you for your feedback. If you'd prefer, we can definitely opt you out of skincare moving forward. There is a brief profile survey that you can fill out from the My Account page under Fix Profile that will allow you to opt out of Skincare or set your account to Vegan only items. We do use an automated system that assigns your Fix product on the day your order processes and ships so there is no way to know what is coming in advance. Our system does scan your order history to ensure we are not sending you a duplicate of something you've ordered from us in the past, have as a pending add-on, or already received as a Mighty Fix. If there are any particular items you've received that you don't seem to be using, our customer service team is always here to help you get the most out of your Fixes by providing additional information and usage tips, so don't hesitate to reach out! They send some pretty cool and useful…
They send some pretty cool and useful items. However, they package in plastic and too much of it! How is that improving the planet?

Hi Kathleen, Thanks for being a Mighty Fix subscriber! We're happy to hear you've been enjoying your Fix items! We are always looking for environmentally friendly packaging, so we appreciate your feedback. We actually have someone on our team who is exclusively working on finding the best packaging solutions available. As you already know, it is quite difficult to avoid plastics although that is what we are working towards! All of the packaging materials we use come from post-consumer recycled materials and are recyclable. We try to reuse as much of our incoming packaging as repurposed materials for outgoing shipments (paper, wraps, boxes, etc.) For Mighty Fixes, we use poly mailers, padded paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes. Fortunately, the poly bags we currently use can be recycled, but may need to be dropped off at a pickup location. You can find one in your area with this link: https://www.plasticfilmrecycling.org/recycling-bags-and-wraps/find-drop-off-location/ The packing peanuts we use are made from 100% corn starch and are compostable and biodegradable!
