Hi, i placed my order on 07/14/2020. delivery delays are 3-5 business days. and has been 3 weeks and the status remains lable created`ready for UPS. i have tried to contact the support team on many occasions, through email and through chat. i dont believe any of the responses i got were written by a real person. they refuse to cancel my order/ refund me. They say that they are experiencing longer wait than usual being of plane delays with the Covid situation ( courrier is in toronto and i live in Montreal) and i have to wait for my order to arrive to refuse and return and only when recieved on their side will i get my money back. i was not given an approximate wait time. i asked for clarification on their order cancellation policy ( since the package never left and possibly is back ordered) but now they just wont answer me at all. please help

This is without doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I bought the 07 earbuds back in February and despite taking weeks to arrive I was happy with my buds. Unfortunately after a few weeks they developed a fault that could not be fixed by reseting them. I was told to send them back via tracked mail and once recieved a replacement set would be immediately sent out. 3 times the delivery was attempted at their "uk returns centre" which turned out to be some random house in a residential estate. Eventually they were able to be returned. That was on the 7 June. 47 emails back and forth and they have still not sent out a replacement and now they won't even give me a refund. In one of their latest emails I thought I was getting somewhere when they gave me a tracking number and said my buds were on the way to me. Not very surprisingly it turned out to be the original tracking number from when I bought them back in February which said they were delivered in April. Stay well clear of this ridiculous company. A real shame as the product is very good. After sales is non existent.

O5 Plus buds.... Bought these from the mifo.ca website, mainly due to the customer and press reviews on their website - particularly battery life and about them being designed for sports usage and being "impossible to dislodge". The purchasing experience and delivery were good and the buds are well constructed, as is the charging case. However there were a lot of glitches on bluetooth connection to my Android phone. Worse though, on the first use (after testing different sizes of the various tips that came with the product and making sure i had the tightest fit possible) one bud was dislodged during a light jog and sadly lost in some bushes. I contacted their customer support to explain the ease with which the bud was dislodged. They offered no explanation or recompense on this. I then asked them if i could order a replacement bud. They first said yes of course... but only from the US website (i would incur shipping and conversation rate charges - but that was ok from my point of view to have a working set). When i checked the US site, there is no option to buy a replacement O5 Plus bud. I contacted them again. After multiple emails and online chat exchanges, they agreed to escalate my complaint to their management. After further chaser emails, almost a month later, they advised that their management said there is nothing they are prepared to do to resolve this issue. Basically, buy at your peril and be prepared to lose these and deal with glitchy sound (on android anyway!). HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!
