The pants I ordered happened to be out of stock, so customer service called and asked if I could wait a week or so while they ordered them in. I was in no particular hurry, so told them that was fine and they arrived in the specified time. All in all a good experience.

I ordered a couple pairs of pants and they were a reasonable price with free shipping since i spent over a certain amount. They ended up not being in stock and i received a phone call letting me know that they would take a little longer and asked if it would be okay with me. Great customer service!!! I later received an email when they shipped and then showed up as expected. Product was what i expected. Very happy over all even with the minor delay.
