I ordered my items on a Friday. I called on Tuesday to see how long shipping generally took. The person was very helpful and polite. The items were delivered on Wednesday! Wonderful experience, will definitely order future FR items from Midwest Workwear!!

Purchased two pair of overalls as a gift to a friend. Order placed on a Friday or Saturday and they were delivered on Wednesday. Will be placing more orders in the future

I completely want to thank Midwest Workwear for their customer service and great product. I purchase garments bi-annually and am always satisfied and happy. I accidentally clicked the wrong button on a size. Customer service recognized that emailed me made the fix and never skipped a beat and got me what I wanted minus the error. Not too many companies would reach out and do that after the purchase button was selected. Midwest Workwear took the time to do it right.
