I ordered a Berne insulated overall. After about a week, I was contacted and told the the item was on back order. The only other option I was given was to pay an extra 90.00 more than I had already paid to get the only other brand overall (Carhartt) they stock. Still waiting for my overall. Hopefully it gets here before winter.

I am more than satisfied with the shirt's but I felt I should have been notified when and how the order was shipped and when to expect delivery since fed x just leaves packages on the door step and rarely even ring the doorbell to alert you there is something out there especially helpful in bad weather.

I am still uncertain where my package is. I ordered 4 sweat shirts 3 are on back order thats fine. I was told 1 would be on its way but it hasn't arrived. Anyway I could get a tracking number.

I wanted Carhart shorts - When I selected the size, the price went up by $10.00. When the shorts arrived, they were not the canvas/denim material I had in mind, but some lighter fabric. Actual pictures would be nice.

Shipping was slow and the item i received wasn't correct in it's description online. I now have to take it to the post office to return it. Needing this item for work, I will now be with out for at least another week and a half.

Midwest USED to be the best. Best Selection Best prices Best deals Best shipping offers But Alas in this age of the internet so many sites have surpassed Midwest. Also, every time I order from Midwest I get a phone call the next day saying that several Items are either out of stock or back ordered. What is the point of a computer system that lets me order stuff if you don't have it!? Just tell me before I order! It's not rocket science!

The truth is we have cut down on inventory in certain areas, but we always call or email within 24 business hours of the order being placed if there happens to be an issue. We order every single day from our suppliers to make sure we have what you need. Inventory is NEVER perfect, that is the reason we don't set our site up that way. I am sorry you feel the way you do, but we hope to work with you in the future.

I ordered it 2 weeks ago and I have the received it I emailed someone and they respond that I should receive it either Friday or Saturday and still nothing when I ordered it I ordered it because I really needed it and it's taking a long long time to receive it so that's the reason I already gave you two stars I am NOT happy

Samuel, I am sorry you are not happy with your order. With your order being placed on Friday, May 23rd and Memorial Day being on Monday, the 26th, your package didn't ship until Tuesday the 27th. First thing Monday morning, I will contact the manufacturer and get more information for you.
