I have ordered three times from you guys and the last two times I've been bad experiences. Either the inventory wasn't there or the sizes wasn't there and it pushed my order out. The first time it happened I wasn't even informed it was taking a long time and I had to call myself to see what's going on with my order.

The people are nice but it has been over two weeks and I still don't have my order. There has been no communication from the company where it was drop shipped either.

This is the 2nd time I have bought from you and you don't have in stock have to wait. The first time you could not get what I ordered, had to cancel part and change to something I did not even want. Still got the screw!!! This time I am still waiting for my order but Pay Pal has paid you..... THERE WILL NOT EVER BE A 3rd TIME.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I put in an order for one pair of pants on 4/14. I wait a few days and Midwest Workwear gets in touch with me to let me know it's been backordered to 04/26. That day comes and goes. I have to email them to ask what happened. They now tell me its been pushed back to 05/14. Then USPS decides not to deliver to my apartment (I know this part is the mail carrier's fault) and I have to go to the physical PO location to pick it up on 05/31. Two months of wait time is simply unacceptable; international orders take a shorter time period to reach me! It also frustrated me that they didn't alert me to the second backorder. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I understand that this has to do with their supplier but if you can't keep your stock in check and the consequences reach down to your customers then you aren't doing something right. Will not order again.

Laura I am sorry, Carhartt is having issues with inventory and I know that is not an excuse. Back orders dates are not set in stone and can go both ways. Again I am very sorry for your poor experience but we hope you reconsider trying us in the future.
