Midwest Work wear has great customer service. I've never had any issues with the merchant, if any item is not available the merchant notifies customer and items are sent directly from manufacturer.

Always fast service and if there is a problem with your order they call the next day to notify you.

I have made mistakes on my web order and they corrected my mistake with a great attitude. They have also personally contacted me when they didn't have the size I wanted in their store. Their communication is fabulous and I only buy from them for my Husbands tall sizes.

It's simple…I have never dealt with an online seller who is more responsive to their customers. Regardless if it the immediate response and filling of an original order or, as I did recently, an exchange, these folks are friendly, precise (in what they do) and strive to see to it that their customers are satisfied.

hi all i am an electrician from California and have been using your gear for years yes it gets cold here also i was working this year and for 2 weeks at the job site highest temp was 14 degrees but not only do i use your gear for work i buy most of my casual clothing from midwest cause its so convenient and quality stuff thanks much and keep up all the good work your loyal customer Don Morrow

our most recent order mirrors our first order 5 years or so ago, everything is in order. Midwest Workwear calls us if there is a delay in the shipping to be sure that it is ok for the order to ship when they have all items in stock. I've never had to return any items, but it looks like it would be easy with the forms included.

Recently ordered more fr clothing, I usually order several times a year. unfortunately what I ordered was not in stock, but after a brief phone call, my order was shipped directly from the manufacturer. two days later it was at my doorstep. always quick and great quality. i'll be placing my next order very soon!
