order #174628 never shipped, wont respond
I placed an order on 8/12/26 for a pair of shorts and a $120 dollar pair of under armour shoes order #174628 I was immediately sent an email saying the shoes are out of stock with no future stocking date. I requested them to cancel the order less than 30 minutes after the order was placed. It is now 9/14/2026 i have emailed them countless times, called and left numerous voice messages, have not received a single response and affirm has closed my dispute with them in favor of midway even though i paid 120 for shoes i never received over a month later. This company is a complete scam and will steal your money and never send you what you ordered. The countless reports of this exact thing happening are enough proof to never buy from them.

Bought two pairs of shoes
Bought two pairs of shoes, one shipped and arrived on time, the other has not shipped and just been sitting for weeks, they do not respond to emails or phone calls. I just want a refund and they seem incapable of doing basic customer service.

I've never had worse service
I've never had worse service. Ordered an item that was in stock for delivery in a few days. A month later, I heard nothing. I sent three emails and made two calls, and I got one response: that they would get back to me. Why am I not surprised that it never happened? I think they are a scam.

Do not shop with this company
Do not shop with this company! They offer no customer support. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I'm going on 3 weeks of no response or update. Order #173645. They don't even try to respond. Avoid them at all cost. They took my money but I've gotten nothing in return. Not even one update after numerous attempts to reach them.

Delay in shipment and gave me the wrong item.
Had a concern about shipment of Nike shoes because there was no movement for over a week outside of label created. No response of the concern on email. Tried calling 5 times and left a message no response and shipped after 10 days. Once I received the package on Aug 19th and finally opened it today the 22nd and realized it’s the wrong colorway and I order two of the same colorway because it was on sale I want to double up. So now I have 2 pairs of Nike shoes in the color I didn’t order. The order number is #172343

Just give me my refund…
I purchased a baseball chest protector (order #174581). That was well over a week ago. I since then, I heard nothing. No tracking, nothing submitted to the manufacturer, and no word whatsoever. And of course, I have been charged the full amount already. I tried calling their customer service number numerous times on three separate days - it just rings out, says they are unavailable, or I’m placed on hold forever - I stayed on the line for 2.5 hours yesterday with no answer. I tried emailing them, 3x separate emails, still no response to any of them. At this point I just want my money back, so that I can use that money to buy the product from somewhere that isn’t going to swindle me. I can see the company replying to reviews - if you see this review Midway, please just cancel my order (#174581) and give me a refund. I have lodged a dispute for the transaction with my bank already, but please just give me my money back.
