The buying experience the shopping experience is fantastic. The shipping needs some work. I’ve been waiting for my February drop and USPS is showing that the product has not even been delivered to them for delivery since 23 February had a similar issue where I had to tracking numbers in January and it finally showed up mid February so although they do a great job as far as the quality of the jewelry and everything else, they need some serious health in the shipping department.
