I ordered this at the end of October. It is now the end of November and the latest tracking yesterday said " Package failed to be delivered. Customer is not reachable" Now stuck not knowing what to do!

I ordered the jelly stickers from an ad from Instagram for a gift. When I received the order all of the sticker books were all damaged and not in a condition to give as a gift. I can confirm from an earlier review that quality looked cheap, coming from China and overpriced. I requested a refund and said I would send it back if they give me a return label. They offered a 40% refund to me and I keep the items or 100% refund if I send the items back to China at my own cost, which is too expensive. Note: I have now received a refund (only be cause I posted on here), there needs to be a streamlined refund policy and their current system is borderline scam territory.

I ordered the make up and sticker kit that was in the commercial on social media. When I received it the make up was broken and the package looked terrible, very cheap item that comes from China and is totally overpriced, impossible to give it as a present. I wanted to have my money back and said I would send it back if they give me a return label. They offered just a few euros to me not the full amount I paid and I keep the item but I wanted the full amount back. Now they want me to send it back to China on my own cost what is of course too expensive. Don't buy there it's a total scam.

I like their products. The sale prices are good. Their website is easy to work in. Shipping is from Asia so it takes a little bit longer, but I allow for that when I make my purchases. Oh, and the grandkids have been pleased with everything I have bought.

Great Product!! My daughter fell in love with the product. Its a great buy for my 6 year old daughter.

The art sets came in good condition and are well made. I will be giving them to a six- year- old for her birthday and think she will really enjoy them. The set that allows the child to apply make- up and create beautiful princesses looks so enjoyable. Thank you for creating these gifts.

Be warned that Mideer does not describe their products accurately. I purchased sticker books that were in fact “cut and glue” books along with other products being low quality and different to their product photographs. Most disappointingly they did not publish my reviews which were an honest description of what I received in comparison to what they advertised. I then learnt they can moderate their own reviews through their use of the Judge.me app. Do not purchase from them unless you want to risk returning the items at your own cost (postage to Canada is very expensive) or being stuck with useless products.
