Be Careful — Feels More Like Marketing Than Trading
I joined Mike’s live sessions for a couple of months, including the entire month of September. While the market was admittedly choppy during that time, I noticed that nearly one-third of the time he called the wrong trend. His trades rely heavily on the indicator he promotes and the ORB strategy, which often felt like trading blind without real context or deeper market reading. After doing some calculations, I found that during September, the average points Mike captured per day were around 30 points using 3 micro contracts. That’s roughly $180 per day, or about $5,400 per month — far from what you’d expect from someone promoting a “million-a-year” trading approach. It also seems like he spends more energy on marketing and promoting the platform than actually trading. And honestly, I don’t know how people miss this, but most of his income appears to come from membership subscriptions rather than trading profits. To be fair, what he teaches isn’t a complete gimmick: the concepts themselves are real. But if you’re self-motivated, you can learn everything he teaches online for free.

There are several claims in this review that simply don't represent what we teach or advertise, so I'd like to clarify them for anyone reading. First, nowhere in our training or marketing do we claim that our members will make $1 million per year, nor do we represent this as a "million a year" trading approach. We don't guarantee any level of income from trading. The calculation of approximately $180 per day is also based on assumptions that aren't part of our strategy. We don't teach traders to simply trade three micro contracts and take profit at 30 points every day. Markets are different every day, and trade management varies based on the setup, market conditions, risk, and price action. Some trades may capture relatively small moves while others may develop into significantly larger moves. The statement that we trade "blind" using an indicator also misunderstands what we teach. The indicator is a tool within the strategy, not a replacement for understanding market context, execution, risk management, or trade management. As for being able to find trading concepts online for free, we actually agree that there is an enormous amount of free trading information available. Our community isn't built around pretending otherwise. A major part of what members pay for is the feedback loop. We trade live, review trades, answer questions, and help members identify where their execution differs from what we're teaching. Our coaches and I are active daily and accessible to members, and when someone is struggling, we encourage them to ask questions and submit their trades so we can help identify what's going wrong. No strategy guarantees profitability, and we're not going to pretend every month or every market condition is perfect. But calculations based on position sizing and profit targets we don't teach, combined with an income claim we've never made, don't accurately represent our strategy or our program.
