We normally don't debate reviews, but there are several statements here that don't match our records, so we do want to provide some context for anyone reading this. First, we're genuinely sorry to hear that you blew three trading accounts. However, the trades you shared inside the community show that you were frequently trading outside of the strategy taught in our program, including trading other instruments and sessions. It's difficult to attribute those results to a strategy that wasn't being consistently followed. You also stated that you were left alone with no support. Our records show that coach Troy personally reached out to you and asked how we could help, but unfortunately, we never received a response. We can't help troubleshoot someone's trading if they don't engage with us when we reach out. As for my trading, I have never represented trading as a completely mechanical system where every decision is made without discretion. The framework provides structure, but experience, trade management, market conditions, and risk management still matter. That's also why we provide education and coaching rather than simply handing members entry and exit signals. We absolutely accept that our program won't be the right fit for every trader, and we respect your decision to leave. But we also believe it's important that prospective members reading this review have the full context surrounding the claims being made. We wish you the best with your trading going forward.

This review contains several assumptions that simply aren't accurate, so I'd like to clarify a few things for anyone reading it. First, the math being used to estimate both my trading income and the revenue of our business is based on assumptions, not actual information. The claim that I only make approximately $5,000 per month trading is simply incorrect. I regularly share my actual trading P&L with our members, including both winning and losing periods, so they can see the results for themselves. I've also never represented $1,000 to $3,000 per day as a guaranteed result. Trading doesn't work that way. When averages are discussed, they're exactly that, averages. There are winning days, losing days, days with no trade, and periods that perform better or worse than others. The suggestion that operating a successful trading education business somehow means the trading itself doesn't work is also based on a false premise. Teaching something successfully and doing it successfully are not mutually exclusive. Most importantly, we don't ask anyone to simply take our word for it. I trade in front of our members, show my entries and exits, and share my P&L. I'm not required to provide that level of transparency, but I choose to because I believe our members should be able to see the reality of trading, including the wins and the losses. We're certainly not the right fit for everyone, and no trading strategy guarantees profitability. But estimating our business revenue, making assumptions about my personal income, and then using those assumptions to determine whether our strategy works doesn't accurately represent what we do or the experience we provide our members.

We want to clarify several points here because this review changed significantly after a refund dispute. Your original review rated our community three stars and described it as a "Great community of traders." Your primary criticism at that time was that you expected your annual membership to include daily live trading. At the time, we offered multiple membership tiers with different levels of access. The annual membership you purchased included Wednesday live trading, our educational content, and additional annual member benefits. Daily live trading was included in our VIP membership, which was a separate tier at a significantly different price. What was included with each membership was outlined before purchase. We understand that you expected daily live trading to be included, but unfortunately that was not part of the membership you purchased. After discovering this, you requested a refund. Our annual memberships were sold under a no refund policy. Mike and Troy nevertheless communicated with you directly in an effort to address your concerns. Following the refund dispute, this review was changed from three stars to one star and the characterization of our community changed substantially. We also need to address the claim that the Crazy Horse strategy "works 40% of the time." We have no idea where that figure came from, and it does not represent our documented results. We also consistently teach members that learning and properly executing a trading strategy takes time. A few weeks of exposure to a strategy is not enough to make a definitive claim about its long term effectiveness. We never guarantee profitability or a particular win rate for any individual trader. Trading involves risk, and results depend on many factors, including execution, risk management, consistency, experience, and whether the strategy is being followed correctly. We welcome fair criticism, and we're happy to be held accountable for what we actually promise our members. What we can't agree with is characterizing the business as misleading because a membership did not include a feature that was part of a different membership tier, or presenting an unsupported 40% figure as the strategy's established win rate.
