Terrible Sales Practices
Wyndham property has a whole I would give good ratings, but the Sales team practices are terrible. I have attended several presentations, as a Discovery member, and never had a problem walking away without signing up because I knew it was not in my best interest. When I attended the presentation in Nashville I told them why I don't become a member and they said if I sign with them they can get me what I want, so I did sign the agreement. The next day I was uncomfortable with my decision because I made it under the pressure of running out of time (we had another couple waiting impatiently for us) and I didn't do the research I would have liked to, so I asked to cancel to contract. The Sales Rep talked me into waiting and to take some time to think about it, never giving me a timeline to work with. I did that and discovered that they were not going to give me what they said they would and denies they ever said they could. He flat out LIED to make his sale. I attempted to cancel and they said it was too late. I called a couple different numbers and wrote a letter asking for someone to talk to me about my concerns, but I never got a response. Word to the wise: If you go to a presentation RECORD THE MEETING!
