Package left in a completely exposed and unsafe location. It was stolen very quickly, before I could return from the country (1 hour away) and collect it. Additional - I will now amend this to 4 stars, as the courier was very confused, and ended up at a business upstairs. The lovely receptionist escorted him downstairs, made him take a picture, then secured the package and gave it to me this morning. Thankyou Leanne!

Pros:My parcel was left behind a column on my porch, not in view of people from the street. Cons: No bell ringing. Overall it was a good experience. Hope they keep up the good work.
