The package was left on the road and my parcel was damaged

Item delivered at 9pm at night and was left in the middle of the road where luckily a neighbour had found it

I wish I could give zero. Absolutely pathetic!!! Took 3 weeks and heaps of emails to finally get our parcel. First they said they attempted delivery on 9/10/26 which our security cameras clearly show nobody attempted to deliver anything at the time they said. Apparently it was unsafe to leave parcel?? Numerous emails between myself and this shit courier as well as the shit company that uses them called Bryn was unbelievable.At one stage they wanted me to do a 3 hour plus drive to pick up my parcel from them. I said you have to be kidding me?? I told them it was safe to leave on our front porch and that I approve this. Now 17/10/26 and the parcel arrives. Left out the front of our townhouse complex for anyone to take. If only they could have driven another 50 metres they could have left it on front porch as I asked. This is the eordt courier experience I have ever experienced. Please try to avoid Micro Ecpress and the Company that uses them called Bryn.

Pos delivery man took photo holding the package in front of my house and then threw it in the garden bed over the fence. Would highly recommend anyone to avoid this company.

If I could give zero stars I would ..the worst delivery system.Traveled back and forth across Melbourne for 3 weeks.Correct address,but it was marked as ‘invalid address’ Parcel has now been ‘sitting ‘ somewhere in our suburb for 3 days..

Absolutely terrible business to deal with. Do NOT use. The delivery driver didn't even knock on my front door. The delivery driver actually put my package in my next-door neighbours Letterbox instead of mine. As we have similar numbers im 12 next door is 12A. They are NEVER home and I don't even talk to them. According to the person that I have been emailing today September 30th its pretty much my FAULT that they didn't look at the Letterbox address and the address on the package. So now I don't know IF im going to get my package or not ? I have let the business know that I got the package from BUT they are so swamped with emails it could be 3-5 days before they answer my email.

Very disappointed with the delivery service. The tracking was extremely unhelpful and showed no updates for several days. The parcel was marked as ready for delivery in Clayton South on 26 September, but there were no further tracking updates and I had no idea where my parcel actually was or when it would arrive. When the parcel was eventually delivered, the driver arrived in what appeared to be a normal personal car with P plates rather than a clearly identifiable delivery vehicle. The parcel was then left sitting exposed on top of my mailbox, rather than being placed somewhere secure or out of sight. If I had not been home at the time, anyone walking past could have easily taken the parcel. Considering the parcel was already delayed and difficult to track, I expected a much more reliable and secure delivery service. The lack of tracking updates and the way the parcel was left made the whole experience very frustrating.

Two recent deliveries and twice delivered to the wrong address. They are hopeless and do not care.
