My parcel were dropped behind my fence in view and in reach to anyone who wanted to steal them. I live in a complex of 4 town houses our drive way is long but easily accessible. Those using these people for their deliveries need to realise this reflects on them also.

I'm very disappointed with micro express here in South Australia I had a a young man deliver my package from Holden Hill today. which I saw him out the front so I was going to greet him at the door before I got out the door he ditched my package on the ground in front of my eyes... literally threw it at the ground and took off. Very disappointed and they have no contact details with the company to file a complaint. Grr

Worst. Left item in an insecure public location without notice.

Did not receive my parcel. Microexpress sent a photo of my parcel in a vehicle and then used google images to take a photo of my house. They claim this was proof of delivery. Absolute scam. Steer away from purchasing and goods that use them.

I have my parcel deliver to my business address and the company attempted to deliver after business hours. And now it's nearly a week since they failed to deliver. No update, no reply (after email them). Now I don't know when I will get my parcel.
