I am giving 1 star because the package at least arrived, however the delivery itself was extremely disappointing. The parcel was thrown onto my driveway rather than being placed at the front door or in a safe location. What made this even more frustrating was that the driver got out of the vehicle to take the delivery photo, meaning they were only a few steps away from both the letterbox and the front door, yet still chose to leave the package on the driveway and drive off. There was clearly no care taken with the delivery, no consideration for potentially fragile items inside the package, and no concern that the parcel was left exposed and easily accessible for anyone to take. Overall, the experience showed a complete lack of care, common sense, and professionalism. Terrible service and staff.

If your packages end up with this company, just dispute the transaction and perform a chargeback. It means the seller did not care enough to actually use a real courier. This is a one-star courier that is notorious for throwing away or stealing your packages. They do not deliver their own packages; they hand them off to yet another third party. It is a miracle they are still in business; just look at the other reviews. They're only phone number is somebody's mobile, and when you mention the company he knows exactly who it is, and then goes into full-on denial about the company.

Awaiting a parcel delivery via them. Was contacted by a complete stranger who found my parcel dumped at Par Hills, miles away from where I am. Tried to contact them but no response to date. Will inform the Seller so they can chase this up.

The courier parked in front of my driveway, got out and threw my parcel onto the driveway. Took a picture of my letterbox and parcel and emailed it to me. All captured on security camera. Fortunately I just happened to see the parcel outside my window a few minutes later and it wasn't stolen. The contents were not fragile but had they been they would certainly have been damaged. There is no review system of delivery drivers nor do they answer any emails. Negligent and unacceptable.

I just found my parcel (contents worth over $100.00) - sitting on our gate post at street area - the front verandah is only 20 feet away with a space behind a brick pillar which is not visible from the street, plus we also have a large enough letterbox behind the fence. NOTGOOD SERVICE AT ALL !!!! Micro express on label

Item “on board for delivery” for 5 days now. No delivery attempt has been made. No response to my emails and no contactable phone number.

Marked as delivered and left in a safe place. There was no parcel anywhere, searched around the whole house and yard.

I live in a gated community Retirement Village. At the gate is a keypad to dial the unit number whereby visitors /delivery people etc are admitted. 3 weeks ago a tenant found my parcel from Micro Express thrown over our village fence. Yesterday 3 more parcels were found tossed over the gate. Disgusting service. Need to be held accountable.
