My goods weren't delivered, as they said they were, I'm out of pocket no tracking emails nothing. Thieves obviously stolen by someone in Micro Express, driver or worker ect. Cant contact them the no on their website is false. Stating delivered at 14.5.2023 at 07.14 am. No way was it delivered at that time in the morning if so why wasn't a delivery card left and no emails nothing. I've done everything possible to contact them to no avail. I can now see why their name is mud. Apparently this is common practice for them, avoid this company at all costs very shonky, police involved now.

I got my deliver today the driver must have been to lazy to leave my parcel at the front door I found my parcel on the ground in font of my letter box just lucky no one walked passed or they would have taken it

I received package put into my mail box ripped and opened . It was sent 25/07.23 according to date on the package. It was sent to adress : EWA ALEKSANDROWICZ 2 PIMK CRT . OLD REYNELLA . SOUTH AUSTRALIA . REF: ME 16902605707759OW. Description : Pet Toy . How can you deliver open and ripped package ? . Its a shame

parcel supposedly delivered 23/02 with no notification parcel was not recorded on video monitor. You don't answer emails sent. company who sent goods won't give a refund.WHERE IS MY PARCEL or please email a parcel missed certificate required by the seller for me to get my money back

Packages left by letterbox, anyone could have picked them up and walked off, Driver was too lazy to leave them by the door

I purchased a laptop from microexpress.com after reading a review on pcworld.com's website, a previously trusted source for technology information. I am a computer & electrical engineering graduate from NCSU and I can't express how terrible of a decision I made when purchasing from this company, or should I say individual named "Casey," working out of his apartment. I paid over $2200 for a brand new laptop that was shipped without my 125$ *additional* backup battery and a screen that had dead pixels. I immediately contacted them and regardless of whether I pushed "1 for Sales, 2 for Tech Support" each time I called, I spoke with the same individual named "Casey" I was even put on hold only to speak with the same guy!? I was promised a quick fix and an "upgrade" to a new case for my inconvenience. I was contacted 9 days later and was told the computer couldn't be upgraded, the screen wasn't covered under the warranty because it only had 4 bad pixels and their warranty conveniently states "5 pixels or more," and that my additional battery was shipped separately and "probably" hadn't arrived yet, no tracking number?!?. If that wasn't enough I was CHARGED again for the computer to be shipped back without my consent, 25$ there and 25$ back!? I have yet to receive my battery, have been hung up on every time I've called, and I am currently starting the long legal process against the company and GET THIS registered to CASEY @ 8 Hammond Dr. "APT!!!!! #105" . Buyer beware!
