Hi Carl, Unlike the majority of watches we sell, which are in stock, you pre-ordered a watch that doesn't yet exist, so we're unable to ship it until it is manufactured. We did make that very clear on the page where you placed your pre-order. Right next to the page title at the top it says "Pre-Order". On the default image that you see it also says "Pre-Order" and we have an entire section on the page with a sub-title of "Pre-Order" that explains the details of the pre-order and provides an initial estimate for production in May (next month.) It also goes on to state that you're free to cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund, right up until we have the watches in stock. Considering that we did make all of this very clear, and our initial estimate is for a date in the future, and you've made no attempt to contact us to discuss the situation or request a refund, we do feel your one star rating is unfair here so we hope that you'll reconsider that. We see too that you're disputing the charge as well on PayPal, so we'll go ahead and cancel your order and issue a full refund since we can't ship what doesn't yet exist.
