I ordered plants in January was told shipment would be by mid-February. When I didn't receive the order I checked the status and found out they didn't have them and wouldn't get any in until too late to plant for my zone. I cancelled the order and was told my Visa would be credited in 7 days, but of course that hasn't happened. this is the first online nursery that I have had completely unsatisfied service. If you order from these guys, beware.

It was a bait and switch type situation. Very misrepresented products. Dont count on any thing to look close to what yoh order. No refund except store voucher. The are a scam nursery. Sell you the minimum legal definition of a product. Just enough probably to cover liability. Do not order from them yoy will be disappointed

Michigan bulb company truly stands behind their refund promise. When my lilacs were eaten, I replaced them with a more resistant to deer option. (50 Lavender plants). These plants got flooded out this past spring. 50 replacement plants arrived 10 days ago renewing my hopes for a small scale hobby farm. In these uncertain times it is good to trust a company's word. Buy from them. They are true to their word.

Order shipped on the 7th and won't arrive until the 17th. 10 days in transit! My last order arrived moldy, and they wouldn't let me cancel this one. If I choose to return it, I can only receive store credit, no refunds. This company really sucks.

Just received 3 small, dried-out, essentially dead iris rhisomes. Should have read the reviews first. This company should be embarrassed.

I have been a customer of Michigan Bulb Co. for a long time. I received my shipment of the White Delight Hardy Hibiscus on September 16th 2022, which was ordered on June 3rd, 2022. At the time of the order, i was informed that my shipment was going to arrive in September, hence I patiently waited, expecting a beautiful plant to arrive after three months. What I received was a skinny four inch twig dug in a 2 inch pot. The twig did not have a single leaf, leave alone anything else. I emailed the company, attaching a picture of the plant, asking for the refund and they only offered me a merchandise credit. I feel that this is unacceptable behavior on the part of this business. I am never ordering plants from this company again!!!

This place is a joke! I placed an order for several items on January 20th. Almost a year later and the order still has not been filled. Have called numerous of times and have gotten numerous e excuses as to why the order has not been filled. Asked for a refund on July 21st and was told I could receive a check because I do not have that account that I paid with any longer.. Well Needless to say I have not received a check. They refunded to the card that doesn't exist anymore even though they were told elsewise. 2 of the plants of that order died and they would not refund those either.. Will never, ever order from them again!! Buyer beware!!

I ordered 300+ bulbs planted them and most never came up. I also had purchased plants most died. Contacted them and they gave me a certificate for around $50. I used certificate and also paid more $ as the plant were more expensive then before. Then I received an out of stock notice and I received a $5 gift off my next purchases, like I will ever buy from them again. Sad as a child They were respectable, but they basically are a SCAM now!!!!
