I am a devotee of this brand. I have been shopping with them for the last eight years, and the quality and customer service are unmatched. The clothes are gorgeous, and customer service is always there to help with any questions. I wish all companies were as amazing as this one! I feel so lucky to have a clothing store that consistently brings such beautiful pieces of art to life!

Absolutely gorgeous dress which was really high quality at an affordable price. I bought one of the Labyrinth themed dresses for a "faerie themed wedding" in Scotland and it arrived just in time. The quality of the dress was more than I expected and it was really beautiful - I had so many compliments on the dress and even the mother of the bride asking me to swap her! You can't really get anything of this quality for less than £150 so when I told people how much, they were all pleasantly surprised. When I was worried about postage as I had left it a little too late to the deadline, I had emailed the team and they had reassured me it was on its way. Really helpful team and a gorgeous dress. Thank you Can't wait to get paid to order some more now!

The quality is hands down! And stunning pieces! I'm such a fan and can't wait to have one of each piece. Shipping is fast and I have never had an issue with sizing. But I always look at the size charts.

I’m still going to rate high for the divine clothing alone. But these reviews make me so so sad. I like so many, have drooled over this line of clothing. I finally order the dress I’ve been coveting for a while and received the wrong color. I had ordered the chocolate Ingenue swing dress. Instead received the red one. Of course it’s beautiful and great quality, true to size. The dress even came with the paper work showing I ordered the chocolate color. I get mistakes happen. But it was for a special occasion to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary/vow renewal and my 3 sisters and I all were to have matching dresses. We put so much planning into this special day. I’m really hoping customer service will right their error. PS… I’ll be the odd girl in the bright red dress in all the photos tomorrow. Update… Customer service got back to me within the 48hrs. They handled the situation professionally and with class. They are correcting the issue. Im happy with my experience and will continue to buy from this company. So 5 stars all the way around!

I purchase online frequently from different clothing operations and I really & truly believe that Vixen is the best in the business. Not only is her clothing of superior quality but the whole online process is wondeful. True, I cannot use multiple coupons at once, which is a bummer but Vixen does give the consumer the opportunity to "earn" coupons. If a review is left with a photo, you get a coupon for $5 off your next purchase. Also, when a purchase is made, reward points are earned which can be "cashed out" for a $5, $10 or $20 coupon depending on how many rewards points you save. Usually, I have found that tracking numbers are provided the next day & USUALLY shipped that day from Santa Clarita. And shipping is FAST! I live in California & have often received my packages the next day! The shipping process is what has led me to write this review. I LOVE fast shipping!!! I recently ordered one of her Miss Kitty Coats & it was packaged beautifully in a big box & I received it the day after I ordered it. Having a history in the logistics business, it's very obvious to me that Micheline not only values her customers by how quick turnaround is, she cares about how we receive our purchases. LOVE IT. I've had to return a top in the past and that was very easy as well. Safe to say, I've been and will continue to be a strong supporter of Vixen. SHOUT OUT TO THE VIXEN WAREHOUSE TEAM!!! You guys, who ever you are, you're doing fantastic work & I appreciate you!!
