Garbage company. Asked if an order I placed over a week ago was going to ship or if I should contact my bank. They just refunded my money. I wouldn't buy from them as they are garbage people...plus you can get the funk from Funko for 9$ less Actually my email said if it doesn't ship this week. No matter what reply you put here. The fact is you're a garbage company and anyone looking should consider finding a more reputable company not one sporting a 3.2 on trust pilot. Had I done my due diligence I could have avoided this trash ..you can tell by their reply they're garbage. A reputable company has communication. The dude then proceeded to email me back and forth for hours trying to sound condescending bc he was butt hurt over this honest review. Just shop elsewhere. Save yourself. I promise you won't regret it.

I placed an order 12 days ago. The next day, two packages were marked as “shipped” according to the emails and website. The tracking numbers, however, only note label creation, and haven’t actually been received by the shipping company. I’ve emailed, I’ve dmed their Instagram pages, and commented on their Instagram pages. Have not heard back. I don’t think I’m ever going to receive this order. Editing to add: No, it was not a customs delay. And yes, you did in fact receive my emails. I never received responses on Instagram for dms or comments. After a two week delay of my packages not being shipped, only then did I hear anything back, which was that apparently you had lost all access to your websites and social media. There was no public statement about that incident, even after regaining access. One of the responses to my emailing was also just asking about me receiving my tracking numbers, completely ignoring the whole supposed loss of access. Tracking numbers was very obviously not the issue that I was talking about anyway. I am happy to send you screenshots of YOUR emails I am talking about. Regardless of receiving the order or not, I stand by 1 star because the way the apparent complete loss of access to your entire business was handled was irresponsible. Security issues can happen, but it is shocking it happened in the first place, and as a customer, if your own company data has been breached, then clearly so has mine. The issue is that I would never have known about this reason for delays had I not directly been reaching out to you. This is something that should have been emailed out to those who placed orders within the affected window once you regained access. This should have been posted about on your social media. You seem to believe that I’m just leaving a poor review to be petty, completely ignoring that it all occurred in the time frame of what was claimed to be a security black out period. Another edit: Yes … I’m aware of the loss of access … that’s why I mentioned it several times in my edit. But good on you for removing the passive aggression and gaslighting after the fact, just to make yourself look accountable on here after asking customers to post good reviews because your score was so low. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY REFUND BY THE WAY. You are just blatantly lying. What a scummy excuse for a business. Don’t waste your time responding to me, you’re clearly busy giving ChatGPT prompts for all your AI posters.

Horrible experience and I would never suggest it to anyone. I ordered a Michael Jackson Movie Cap Royal Plaza Hat and paid 75$ on the 3rd of may. Due to a technical glitch on their side the payment did not include the shipping cost, they contacted me to either refund or I completely the payment, and on the 4th of may I have completed the payment (mind you I paid 70$ for shipping to saudi). On the 5th of may they have created the shipment ID on fedex, and it hasn’t moved or updated ever since and today is the 21st or may. I have sent them about 3 or 4 emails spread around, from the 5th till today, asking about the silence treatment, and nothing from their side. They should be ashamed of themselves. To every fans excited after the MJ move, don’t even consider them. Their actions should not be affiliated with the legend Michael Jackson. • Update, August 2026: The vendor has now replied to this review publicly claiming a full refund has been issued. This is false. I have received nothing beyond a $50 shipping gesture from months ago, no product, no full refund, complete silence since May 24th. Honestly, after hearing nothing from them since May 24th, I had forgotten about the order entirely and moved on. What reignited this was seeing their public reply on this very review, falsely claiming a refund was issued. When in reality I had explicitly asked for my product to be shipped, and they chose to ignore that and close the case on their own terms. What I did receive was a series of emails guilt-tripping me for leaving this review, withdrawing my re-shipment because of it, and using my patience as leverage. The review upset them more than failing their customer did. To anyone considering ordering from them, if something goes wrong, don’t expect a response through normal channels. The only reason I heard back at all was because of this review. That tells you everything you need to know about how they handle problems. I have the full email thread documenting everything. I wish this platform allowed attachments. If they resolve this properly, I’ll revise accordingly. Until then, this review stays exactly where it is.

I ordered a subscription box back in 2024, and they never sent it. They have consistently refused to answer my enquiries for the past two years, and have blocked me across all social media. Thanks for replying, MJMarket. I can't upload screenshots, but I still have the email confirming that I purchased the box on July 17th, 2025. I also have a screenshot, which I took today, saying that my order, number #1136 is "currently Processing". I'd be glad to share these with you. I did speak to my bank about a dispute; however, as more than 30 days had passed (the box was supposed to be shipped in November 2024), there was nothing they could do. I disagree that the communication became abusive; after my first message was ignored, I pursued, as any customer would have done, and my message was as follows: "Hi, I ordered a Moonwalker subscription box, and it still hasn't arrived. Every time I try and track it, it just says processing. I sent a message on your official site, but got no reply. I was wondering if you have any information on it? Thanks." Again, I'm more than happy to provide screenshots of proof of purchase.
