I ordered finger limes, guava, and a monstera fruit. The finger limes were fine, but the guava has remained hard for about a week. At these prices, it's unacceptable for any fruit to not be perfect. They could be a good option to buy tropical fruit that you can't get anywhere else, but for fruit that is rare, but still find-able elsewhere, you're better off just going to a grocery store. You'll get 80% of the quality for 20% of the cost. Also, my order was split between two deliveries, which wasn't clear. I requested overnight, but the order spent multiple days in "preparation", and the second half of my order was later shipped with fedex two-day, which isn't really what I requested.

Very frustrating to deal with them. No phone, and sporadic emails. Do not subscribe because it's very hard to cancel. Buyer beware

What a joke. I'm the last person to complain about prices, but this is bad to the point of being a scam. I spent over $200 on fruit for a Mother's Day gift, and when my mom sent me a photo of what arrived I thought she must have only photographed part of the delivery. Nope - it was a handful of very unimpressive looking oranges, one tiny pineapple, and a few insanely underripe mangos. Because she would never complain about a gift, it took a lot of work to extract the truth from her: that what they get at their grocery store in RURAL MINNESOTA is better than this fruit, and she also said when she opened the box she figured there must be another layer because it was so sparse. Skip this!!!
