DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Their products are low quality and return is impossible. I paid $200.00 for a dress for which I probably wouldn't even pay $20.00. I returned the dress over two months ago and it still sits in customs somewhere in Romania. You can't get a live person to talk to, instead I'm getting these generic e-mail messages stating how sorry they are that it is taking this long. BS. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Will never order from this site again. Edit: once they found out about the dipsute they send the dress back to me and marked it as never shipped back. I had to go through the dispute again.

I returned two dresses in April and numerous emails no sign of items or refund have now had the items delivered back to me after 3 months undelivered very poor service so have items no use to me and out of pocket avoid at all costs

Update to my review of 22nd June: after a fair amount of communication I received a full refund for my first package without having to return the dress, which was a great outcome. However, Miamara are currently refusing to do the same for the second (more expensive) package despite the circumstances being exactly the same (no mention of having to send duty paid in return instructions, and more generally not complying with consumer law in the UK). This second package is still stuck in Romanian customs anyway, presumably because Miamara’s warehouse has refused to pay the duty on the package. Honestly the whole thing has been such an enormous faff. It’s 2 months since I first raised the return request. I was quite pleased with the customer service for the first package in the end, but given now complete lack of engagement on the second I have to say don’t order from this company! Also looks like the company is farming positive reviews on here - the daily 5 stars and one liners is pretty suspect.

Amazing customer service. They responded timely to my email regarding the dresses I ordered and helped me so much. The emails were very nice and professional. Felt like a personal service with is rare to find in today’s retail market.

Do not attempt to buy from this store they are scamming people Not only are they not in this country they overcharge for an item by £100 at least. When I received my order, it was with the belt missing and it was creased so badly it wouldn’t iron Out, didn’t even look like the item that I had bought from them. I then tried to send it back and and was told they would give me a 20% discount plus another Dress free as they needed to be sent back to Romania which cost £90 plus, they would only give me my money back if I sent the item back to them so they could examine it which they could just say it is fine it’s you and sell it to someone else. They are rude, nasty horrible people do not deal with them. It is the biggest scam that I have ever seen.

Cheep quality from China with smelly fabric. The quality of the cloths is horrible. These are cheep copies of other brands. I have tried to return a dress. The return goes to some place in Romania. This cost a lot of money compared to the price of the clothes. I followed all instructions and then the recipient did refuse the package and it got back to me. I requested full refund and also for the shipping. They refuse to pay me back and jusg want to give me 30% after a long back and forth since over a month now. Never ever again!

Total Scam !!! Dress I ordered looked nothing like the photo used online different look completely and material is horrendous. Been emailing over and back weeks now trying to rectify the problem. All I’m being offered is store credit they will not refund me. Would never ever purchase from them . Scammers , Hopefully others don’t get caught out like me .

I ordered 2 clothing items almost a month ago and it never arrived. I don’t think this shop is legitimate!! I even sent them a CCTV footage of “said” delivery time and date and no one delivered the package. I still haven’t received my refund and have been by them.
