Still waiting after 43 days for stuff I ordered from this unreliable "company". They refuse to to cancel and refund me my money. Crooked isn't the word for this place. I had to contact them SEVEN times to get somebody to finally send me a new pair of pants that I originally recieved damaged...it wasn't even sewn. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. a pair of bows for st.patricks day STILL haven't come yet, and I ordered them in the beginning of February!!

Terrible customer service by this company! They send a crown that is pictured on a young girl and is meant to be part of a girls costume. The crown was even too big for my head! It came in a completely sealed a plastic package. You need to cut it to open it and it was not cut open. I tried to return and they stated they wouldn’t because of “hygiene” reasons. It’s in the original package. But they will return a fabric dress that a girl can try on and wear? Very disappointed and don’t order anything from this company, you won’t be able to return.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The outfits they displayed were for Valentines Day so I bought full outfits to take Valentines Photos of my girls. Everything arrived on time but not the two hats that made the outfit complete. I literally had to order the hats from somewhere else and pay for them to be sent asap. Now, we are at March 11 and just got an email saying the hats are on the way. I asked for a refund and they are telling me I can have 20% back? This is rediculous. Plus, every email sent isn't an actual person , its standard email sent. This company should be out of business. I am very upset right now.

I ordered a dressed over a month ago. No tracking lies about refunds. And I'm over it. Continuing to say they will email me but never do! I just want my money back at this point

Update: They did respond to me via email same day and offered me 15% off my next order. I was happy with the quick response; but I’m still unsure of where our dress is and if it has shipped? I am very disappointed. I have ordered from mia belle before and was very happy with the purchase and the shipping. This time however has been a different experience. I ordered a dress for my daughter 1/29/20 (I saw it could take 21 days to arrive so I thought I was ordering in plenty of time to have it before her father daughter dance.) It did not arrive within 21 days (thankfully we had another dress she could wear). But I’m hoping it will come by Easter. It is now 3/6/20. Still no updates on where her dress it and when I click on the link in our email to track her dress it does not even let me type in her order # to track it. I contacted customer service today via email and I’m hoping to get a response soon. My daughter has been looking forward to receiving this dress. -mom from, VA

What I ordered versus what I got. I am more sad because this company is not accepting that they sent me a cheap flimsy piece of rubbish instead of what was advertised on their website. Oversized shoes from China and tiara not for for purpose. I have been in contact with customer service and no help there.

Would give them a zero if I had that option. First time ordering from this company, Will never order again. It’s been almost 6 weeks, still have not received , (when order was placed, the date Promised was before the end of the month) After many emails. The response is the same... waiting for a tracking number! Very disappointed in all aspect of this experience. Many other shopping options ... stay away from this company.. just received an email stating they are “sorry” for not getting back to me... they are “swamped with phone calls”. I wonder why? Maybe fulfill the orders that you have received. And honestly, it’s not my problem you are “swamped”.

I ordered a hat and a swimsuit for my granddaughter. I received the swimsuit which was cute but ran small (she is a petite and typically wears 18 months but I ordered a size 2T and it was snug). The hat I order has still not arrived. When I emailed to find out why I was told that it was clearly marked in the description section that it was an overseas purchase which would take longer to receive. However, it was mentioned no where else and as it was a hat I didn’t even go out to the description. BEWARE of where your purchase is coming from as it can take weeks to receive! They DO NOT mark this clearly. They do have cute items but disappointed in this situation and haven’t decided if I will be ordering from them in the future.
