BUYERS BEWARE - You may not get your items. They keep you Money! Ordered 2 outfits - After weeks we got an email saying only 1 would be fulfilled and the other we won't get. They gave us store credit and won't give our money back. They came up with some Excuse trying to get us to switch to some other outfit we don't want. SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PHONE NUMBER IS A FAKE ANSWERING MACHINE THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND MESSAGES AMD NO WAY TO GET YOU MONEY BACK. THEY ALSO WILL BLOCK OR DELETE COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK TO MAKE THE PAGE LOOK BETTER. BUT WONT RESPOND. I GOT BLOCKED AND MY WIFE TOO. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST BE SAFE AND HOPE RHIS REVIEW HELPS

I will never order from here again. I ordered August 26 and we did not receive costume until October 17, 38 business days. Nowhere did it say it was coming from China nor from their overseas warehouse. I made sure to look to see where the boutique was located and it stated Florida but the contact number is California. Their costumes are nothing different than what I’ve ordered from Etsy(way cheaper) from someone making them in their home. Beware if you are needed something quick or within the same month do not order. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I did get the costume unlike some who haven’t.

Love our mommy and me matching fall pj's! And so do our friends and family! Only negative was that I had to put the ribbon in the mommy pants myself. Maybe its optional. But overall love the soft, lightweight material! We are definitely returning customers:)

I ordered my daughter's Halloween costume from them on 9/4/20 and I still don't have it. I've reached out to them several times and even commented on their Facebook page; they've now blocked me from commenting. It's a scam!!

I ordered my daughters Halloween costumes on 9/21/20. 16 business days later and it is still at a pre-shipment status since 9/30/20: USPS Premium Tracking™ Available Status Pre-Shipment September 30, 2020 at 1:10 pm Merchant Order Receipt Notification, USPS Awaiting Item Their policy is 18-21 business days. I requested a refund and they stated that this is not an option. I will NEVER NEVER purchase anything from them again. Now I will have to scramble to find my kids different costumes.

Everything I have ever purchased from this company has been A +! I love all of the clothing and accessories. Fast shipping and always in touch as to the progress of the purchase!

I’d give zero stars if I could. It took forever for them to mail it and THEN they told me it would be 18-21 business days from when they mailed it...three weeks late. Somehow it arrived and it was garbage, looked like crap and smelled horrible. It was shoved into a tiny bag and all wrinkled and it was almost $50 all included! Don’t use this company. When I tried to complain and warn others on their social media, they blocked me from messaging them and turned off my ability to comment. Will be reporting to BBB and trying to get a refund.

I have purchased many things from Mia Belle Girls. I have not been disappointed in any of my purchases. My latest purchase was the Frozen Boots for my Granddaughter. She loves them! She doesn't want to take them off.i highly recommend this boutique for cute, well made items. My granddaughter is always getting compliments on her wardrobe!
