They rushed me to leave.

After getting my dress a month and a half after the estimated ship date, I received the wrong dress just 3 weeks before my wedding. Since getting the wrong dress I’ve attempted to call, email, and support chat with the company to solve the problem and have gotten no assistance. I would not recommend them as an online store.

I keep getting emails to review Mia Bella Couture so here it goes. One of the most annoying experiences of my life. -For starters, the sizing chart is WAYYYY off. You get to play a guessing game when ordering because I ordered larger than my measurements on the chart and the dress still didn’t fit. -The breast cups in a size 24 should fit those of a woman with a size 24 breast (please note that I am a 14-16 almost EVERYWHERE else), but these are suited for an A cup. -The return/exchange policy is atrocious. You have to pay to ship the dress back ($25.00) within 5 days, and then also pay to ship out another size to you. Be careful when purchasing as you can only receive a gift card or pay a 10% restocking fee for a refund. If you use a coupon for a dress and need to exchange it for a different size, you pay FULL price plus shipping for the same dress in a different size, I ended up paying $75.00 more the second time ordering the SAME DRESS in a different size. -When attempting to ship my first size back, FedEX attempted to deliver the dress TWICE and I received failed delivery notifications. When I reached out to Mia Bella about it, nobody responded (still waiting for a response). Thankfully on the final delivery attempt someone received it. I would strongly advise that you purchase literally anywhere other than Mia Bella. Not to mention that most of these dresses are sold elsewhere anyway. If they didn’t charge 10% for a refund I would have purchased the same dress from a different website.

Dress was too big and could fit someone 50 pounds heavier despite it being a size small it was reallyyy long even with 4 inch heels it was still dragging across the floor and it’s not flattering at all. and I cant return it because it was on sale even though I paid over $100 for it.

I did not receive my dress. I was not told I would have to sign for it and it was sent back.

I did not received my order. Package needed a signature, I left the signature paper with my signature in the door and the package was not left at my door today.

My daughter and I visited Mia Bella Couture store in Dallas, TX on October 1. I informed the saleslady I wanted to purchase a dress for my daughter for homecoming court for October 28. My daughter found a beautiful dress but it was not in her size. The saleslady measured my daughter, stated she could order it in her size and it would arrive in plenty of time in case alterations was needed. So I proceeded with the purchase. The following week, I began to call to see if they had an ETA which I was told they did not. Week 2 I called and began to ask for a manager to see if he could see an ETA but was told they would provide him with the messages. Week 3, I was livid and lost all understanding and threatened to picket outside of their store if the manager didn't notify me with an answer. Sidebar: Sales people at the store kept telling me it was being shipped from their manufacturer but never divulge until week 3 that the dress was coming from China. Had the saleslady divulged that on October 1, I would have declined to purchase due to extended waiting periods for items being shipped from China. After threatening to picket, I finally received a call from the manager who explained he had been traveling. He offered a refund but I explained I would rather know the ETA considering homecoming was the following week. He stated he hoped it would ship by Friday of week 3 which he could then overnight it if needed to get it by Monday of week 4 (homecoming week). Needless to say, the dress arrived the day before homecoming and when my daughter tried it on after work that evening, it was too big. She was up throughout the night hand sewing her dress for a tighter fit.
