Staff was extremely helpful and organized. The product was amazing. I enjoyed my whole experience and the fit of my dress.

The customer service definitely impacted my experience. They went above and beyond to exchange my dress for a bigger size and color and still honored the original purchasing price. Every email I sent was replied within 24 hours (or less). Due to hurricane Ian, I wasn’t able to complete the exchange within the allotted time, but Daryl/Dawn (sorry I forgot the name, but definitely a woman) was in constant communication with me regarding the exchange and made the transaction run smoothly! I’ll definitely be back. I purchased the green Fern dress and the Hollywood black dress from the Divine Collection.

This dress was everything and more. I looked gorgeous honey and everyone complimented me. I will be back to purchase again when I need to get all dolled up.

My wedding was one week away and the alterations from my MOH dress were terrible. We had to find a new dress at the last minute and Mia Bella Couture delivered! We visited the store and there were many dresses to choose from in our color. The price was reasonable and we were pleased with the customer service we received. Thanks for taking care of us!

Absolutely amazing service! Jennifer who is a representative there helped me find a beautiful black dress I needed for a gala! She saved me! She looked through all the stores online and was able to overnight a dress for me just in time! She is a an Angel!
